경영대학원

중국 인민대학교에서 산업경제학으로 박사 학위를 취득한 후, 포스코경영연구원에서 수석연구원으로 재직하며 포스코의 중국 사업 및 글로벌 전략 컨설팅을 수행하였다. 주요 연구 분야는 중국 경제, 인적자본과 경제발전, 서비스 무역 및 디지털 경제 등이다. 특히 기업 혁신과 국가의 수출 경쟁력 분야에 관심이 많으며, 서비스 무역과 FTA 규범 등 글로벌 경제 환경 변화에 발맞춘 심도 있는 연구를 수행하고 있다.

After earning a Ph.D. in Industrial Economics from Renmin University of China, I served as a Senior Researcher at the POSCO Research Institute, where I conducted consulting on POSCO's business operations and global strategies in China. My primary research areas include the Chinese economy, human capital and economic development, service trade, and the digital economy. I am particularly interested in firm innovation and national export competitiveness, and I am conducting in-depth research tailored to changes in the global economic environment, such as service trade and FTA norms.

LG그룹, SK그룹  등에서 30년 간 Production, Logistic, Accounting, Labor Relations, Change Management, Marketing, Leadership, Training & Development 업무를 수행하였으며, 인사조직 컨설턴트로 기업의 CEO와 임원들의 고민을 함께 해결하고 있다. 조직개발, 경영플랫폼 구축, 성과관리, 리더십, 변화관리, 직무성과책임 규명 등에 관심을 가지고 있으며, 사회적 구성주의가 조직에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 지속적으로 연구하고 있다.
